Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

By creating an account or using Conrad, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Scope of Service

Conrad is an AI-powered social media post analysis service operated by Ulrich Diedrichsen ("Moinsen Development"), Kippingstraße 27, 20144 Hamburg, Germany. The service analyzes draft social media posts and provides risk scores, recommendations, and improvement suggestions.

2. Accounts

To use Conrad beyond the free tier, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account credentials or transfer your account to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Payments, Credits & Right of Withdrawal

Conrad offers free analyses (3 per month) and paid credit packs. Credits are purchased as one-time payments processed by Stripe, Inc. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.

Purchased credits do not expire. Your credit balance remains available as long as your account exists.

We reserve the right to adjust the value of credits (i.e., how many credits are required per analysis) if the costs of our underlying service providers (AI APIs, infrastructure, payment processing) change materially. Any such adjustment applies only to future transactions — credits already consumed are not affected. We will notify registered users at least 14 days before any value adjustment takes effect.

Credits are non-refundable after purchase, except as required by mandatory law. In the event of material service disruptions attributable to us, we will resolve the issue through additional credit grants at our discretion.

Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by purchasing credits you expressly agree that delivery of the digital content (credit balance) begins immediately upon completion of payment and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal pursuant to § 356(5) BGB. This consent is obtained during the checkout process.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Conrad to: generate, distribute, or analyze content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights; attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service or its API; circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security measures; use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the service; impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content remains yours. You retain all rights to the posts you submit for analysis. Conrad's analysis results (scores, recommendations, improved text) are generated for your personal use. The Conrad brand, design, and software are the intellectual property of Moinsen Development.

6. Limitation of Liability

Conrad provides analysis and recommendations for informational purposes only. The service does not constitute professional, legal, or career advice. We are not liable for decisions you make based on Conrad's analysis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy (30-day grace period, then permanent deletion). Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion initiated by the user.

8. Service Discontinuation

In the event that we discontinue the Conrad service, we will notify all registered users at least 30 days in advance. During this notice period, users may continue to use their remaining credits. After the service is discontinued, no further obligation exists regarding unused credits beyond what is required by mandatory law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Conrad after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany, to the extent permitted by law. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
